The S.D.H. Hero: The Ultimate Kids’ Guide to Growing Up Strong, Determined and Healthy is a children’s health-education book developed through MedTrek to introduce young readers to the social determinants of health and the everyday habits that support healthy living. The book covers topics such as hygiene, nutrition, safety, vaccines, mental wellness, environmental health, physical activity, and growing up healthy in an age-appropriate way.
As part of MedTrek’s commitment to health education and community support, the book has been provided free to clinics, schools, and libraries as an educational resource for children, families, educators, and community health programs.
